Fine hotel, amazing views, with beautiful open spaces to casually hang around, soak in the sun, and enjoy the amazing sunset at the rooftop pool, while having access to a spacious gym with a good choice of equipment.

Absolutely courteous staff, amazing breakfast, stunning location really close to fort palace for one night and the mountain and Flying Fox. Climate control, a mini fridge bar, coffee and tea making facilities in the room and the very comfy bed. Magnificent view over the valley.

The hotel was beautifully kept and simply stunning, great value, ideal for what we needed. The service was outstanding, we had a sumptuous breakfast with Poha. The stay was fine, would be happy to recommend.

The cleanliness left much to be desired. We faced issues with cobwebs and stained cushions which were disappointing, especially given the pricing. The views from the fort during sunset were amazing.

Staff were incredible, rooms were unique and equipped with a single bed apart from the regular double bed and the royal feel, as example.

Had a blast with my friends! The place is beautiful, especially the serene surroundings. We also visited the nearby heritage sites which added to our experience. The staff was great and attentive. Just be ready to walk a lot around the fort! Amazing memories made here.

Food was average, definitely not the highlight of our stay. Some dishes were lukewarm, a letdown for a place with such charm.

Fine views from the Heritage Splendor Room transformed my experience from confusion to delight after a slight hiccup with my initial room assignment. The evening dance performance was captivating, complemented by the caring staff who provided umbrellas when the rain began. While the buffet offered was good, a la carte options would cater better to varied tastes. The barbecue was a standout at dinner.

The experience feels majestic but could benefit from better dining options.

The Heritage Royal Room felt cramped, especially for the premium rate of 10-15k per night, with no room service available. Dining options were limited, with a restaurant that closed at 10:30 PM, and outside food was not allowed. While the food was decent, it didn't live up to the expectations set by the surroundings, leaving a lukewarm impression overall.

We had a fantastic time staying in the Heritage Romance Room, where I loved the charming alcove and the wonderful ambiance. The historic architecture added a special touch, and the evening dance performance was a highlight! I'd absolutely return.
